The gender divide is the round's sharpest, and it is total: men vote yes unanimously, women mostly no. Voters with no declared gender split between support and hesitation.
Age sets two blocs against each other without nuance: the 45-54s fully endorse abolition, the 25-34s reject it just as fully. The 18-24s lean mostly in favour, with a notable share of hesitation.
